ROS Helps a Growing Community Hospital Transition to a Larger Facilty

ROS is very pleased to announce the recent sale and installation of a medical linear accelerator system to a community hospital located in Redlands, CA. The hospital is currently in the process of constructing a new facility and had asked ROS for assistance during the transition period. Rather than continue to use an older machine, the hospital decided to install a top-of-the-line machine that would last until the new facility’s construction is completed. They needed something reliable that fit their specific limitations, budget, and needs .

In order to minimize installation difficulties and avoid potential vault modifications, the hospital decided to replace its older Siemens Primus Linear Accelerator with a newer, more updated model, a Siemens Artiste. The Artiste includes capabilities such as CBCT, 160 leaf MLC, an STX couch, and other treatment upgrades.
