This machine has two photon energies 6MV and 18MV. However, by deactivating the high energy and leaving the low energy 6MV, it’s an affordable option for a facility seeking a single photon energy unit.Single energy translates to lower shielding costs for the bunker that will house the unit – a cost savings all around!
