The purpose of the World Health Organization (WHO) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) interagency publication is to provide technical specifications for radiotherapy equipment commonly used in the treatment of cancer.
This publication is intended for clinical radiation oncologists, medical physicists and biomedical engineers as well as information technology, financial and planning officers to decide which technologies should be selected.
